February meeting at Shout

A great time at Shout Brewing https://www.shoutbrewing.com.au/home for our February meeting! We got to hear all about their journey as a brewery and how they are currently balancing gypsy and on-site brewing. And of course there were Shout's great beers to enjoy too. As a bonus, our own Dave Lamotte gave a tech talk all about the production and use of candi sugars for brewing.
